Chance The Rapper Set to Ignite NBA All-Star Weekend with Electrifying Headline Performance

Grammy-winning artist Chance the Rapper is set to headline the NBA on TNT American Express Road Show Fan Experience concert on February 13, 2025, marking the official kickoff of the NBA All-Star Weekend in San Francisco. The performance will take place at Pier 48, a key venue near the Chase Center, where the All-Star Game will be held on February 16.

Chance, known for his high-energy performances and chart-topping hits, expressed excitement about participating in this major basketball and music crossover event. “Basketball and music bring people together, and I can’t wait to kick off an incredible weekend,” he shared with Billboard.

The NBA on TNT studio team, featuring Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson, will be present at the event, providing live coverage of the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Minnesota Timberwolves game that night. The show will also feature various fan activities and special attractions.

Tickets for the concert are free for American Express cardholders from February 4-6, while the general public can secure their spots starting February 8. The concert is expected to draw a large crowd of basketball and hip-hop fans eager to witness Chance’s electrifying stage presence.

In addition to Chance’s performance, the NBA All-Star Weekend Concert Series at Pier 48 (Feb. 14-16) will include other major artists, such as Noah Kahan, further elevating the entertainment lineup for this year’s All-Star festivities.

This is not Chance’s first NBA event; he previously performed at the 2020 NBA All-Star Halftime Show and has been involved in multiple sporting events, including the NHL Winter Classic. His return to the NBA stage solidifies his strong connection with sports and music fans alike.
