Paige Kindseth scored 11 points and went a perfect 7-of-7 from the free throw line. Presbyterian set season-highs in field goal percentage (48.1%), steals (11), and free throws made (21).

These teams last met during the 2015-16 season when Coastal Carolina was still in the Big South Conference. That year, Presbyterian defeated the Chanticleers 66-42 before losing the rematch 47-60. The Blue Hose lead the all-time series 9-7.
