Fever Fans Notice Big Change in Caitlin Clark After Seeing Offseason Video

Caitlin Clark is back on the court after a busy offseason for the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year. A practice video posted by the Indiana Fever on Monday drew significant attention, featuring Clark’s first workout with new head coach Stephanie White. While fans were excited to see the duo in action, it wasn’t just the basketball drills that caught their attention.

Many supporters quickly noticed a striking change in the 22-year-old’s physique. “I think it’s safe to say Caitlin Clark has put on some muscle,” wrote a Clark fan page on X, sharing a side-by-side comparison photo of the former Iowa Hawkeyes star.

“Gains! Can’t wait to see how well she does this year,” one fan commented. “No more stick arms and chicken legs… them girls better not be messing with her next season,” added another.

“She’s not going to be bullied around this season,” a supporter predicted. “Just like Jordan after the Pistons kept beating his (expletive). Clark ain’t taking disrespect this season,” another fan remarked, sharing a gif of Michael Jordan lifting weights.

However, not all reactions were entirely positive. “That’s great, as long as it doesn’t hurt her quickness! That’s always a possibility when you weigh more, even if it’s mostly muscle,” one user warned. Another confidently stated, “The WNBA ain’t ready.”

Clark is officially listed at 152 lbs on her WNBA player profile page, but based on the recent workout video, it seems possible that the 6-foot guard has added some muscle mass.

Though Clark has been busy with various commitments since the 2024 season ended, it’s clear she hasn’t been slacking off in the gym. Fans are eager to see how her enhanced physique will translate to her on-court performance in the upcoming season.
